Goal7's client, a logistics company servicing the energy sector, were developing a sustainability strategy to align with their new Net-Zero ambition. Goal7 was approached for support to expand upon the work done to date.
Motivation:
Goal7's client, a logistics company servicing the energy sector, were developing a sustainability strategy to align with their new Net-Zero ambition. Goal7 was approached for support to expand upon the work done to date.
Our Approach:
Goal7 initially reviewed the existing sustainability strategy draft along with previous workshop outputs prepared by the client. Through working sessions with the client, Goal7 helped form a sustainability strategy that was aligned with the clients approach and mapped to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Following this, to aid with new practices that would help embody sustainability further into the culture across the company, Goal7 supported the development of a new sustainability committee within the company by drafting the terms of reference for the committee.
Benefit and Impact:
- An enhanced and detailed Sustainability strategy was established for the client
- An internal sustainability committee was set up for the client
- Goal7 secured future work with this client in support of their sustainability ambitions
