Goal7 worked with a windfarm developer and E&P developer to create and aligned the project framework in preparation to carry out the feasibility study of offshore hydrogen production
Our Approach:
Goal7 prepared the asset owners for implementing a project feasibility study to assess the value of centralised hydrogen on an offshore platform with electricity provided by wind turbines and decentralised hydrogen production within wind turbines. The Goal7 teams work involved preparing:
- Basis of Design
- Scopes of work for contractors
- Technical, cost & schedule including peer reviewing of Design Contractors
- Overall project costs and schedule development
- General project support & facilitation of project workshops (including a project kickoff event)
Benefit and Impact: Goal7 aligned the project partner project frameworks to develop one suitable for the project that would meet both partners needs. This enables the project partners teams to be successfully onboarded
