Full value chain Carbon Capture and Storage project with Blue Hydrogen production and Carbon Capture facilities for a power plant

A full value chain CCS project to capture, transport and store CO₂ with concept maturation to submit an application as part of the UK Government Cluster Sequencing Process.

Goal7 project managed and coordinated the cluster sequencing application, including multiple contractors / consultancies working as one team. We engaged across the value chain from the emitters capture plant and processing requirements, transportation (on and offshore) and to the sub surface (the store). We collated costs, schedules, risk management and reports for the entire project. In addition to the fast track interface management of client, industrial partners and multiple contractors, our specific technical and commercial support delivered:

• Introduction and selection of industrial partners
• Development and implementation of a customer engagement strategy
• Project CO₂ intensity calculation
• LCOA estimation
